4. Critical Requirements
1) Taxes: Applicable sales taxes are paid by the customer.
2) Address Accuracy:
- PO Box/BFPO addresses are invalid for expedited shipping.
- Include apartment/unit numbers to prevent delivery failures.
- Incorrect/missing phone numbers may cause lost packages (no compensation).
3) External Delays: Holidays, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.
5. Order Tracking

6. shipping tips:
1)Verified email address + mobile number required at checkout.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by a blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even including the apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fees due to personal reasons will not be taken by uniquegift4u.
4) Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
7. Timeframe for Reporting Shipping Issues
Customer Purchased Worry-Free Delivery:
Theft or Damage: File a claim within 7 days of delivery via the Seel Resolution Center, using your order email + order number.
Package Loss: For domestic orders, submit claims 30-60 days after shipment through the same portal.

8. Stolen Package After Delivery

9. Lost Package During Transit
Customer Purchased Worry-Free Delivery:
Domestic Orders: Within 30 days from the date of shipment
International Orders: Within 60 days from the date of shipment
To report an issue through the Seel Resolution Center, please log in using your email address and the order number or warranty ID from your confirmation email.
