Return & Refund Policy for Customized Products
1. Policy Scope
This policy governs all transactions completed on uniquegift4u. By finalizing a purchase, you expressly agree to adhere to these terms. For assistance, contact our support team at service@uniquegift4u.com.
This policy applies exclusively to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
2. No Refunds
We only offer exchanges for customized orders. Customizations are executed per your specifications, rendering these products exclusive to your order and unsuitable for resale.

Return Packaging: We do not accept any damaged returned items. Please ensure that the returned goods are undamaged, unstained, and that there are no missing items in the package. If any of the above situations occur, we will not be able to accept your request for a return.
3. Order Modification & Deadlines
Change Requests: Customization details may be altered only by contacting customer service immediately after purchase.
Modification Cut-off: No changes are permitted after production initiation. Verify all order details thoroughly during checkout.
4. Replacement Eligibility
We provide replacements at no cost only for errors attributable to us (including carrier faults), such as:
- Physical product damage
- Significant deviations from ordered specifications
- Customization printing errors
Time Frame: Report issues within 30 days of delivery. Post-30-day claims will not be honored.
6. Replacement Process
Step 1: Contact service@uniquegift4u.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Order number
- Registered email address
- Evidence (e.g., photos of defects)
Step 2: We will review and notify approval/denial via email.
Step 3: Approved replacements ship promptly.
Step 4: The new item will be delivered to your original address (or updated address if corrected pre-shipment).
7. Critical Limitations
Address Errors: Replacements are not provided for customer-submitted address inaccuracies.
Color Variance: Up to 20% color discrepancy between product images and physical items is acceptable due to photographic lighting or display calibration differences.
Note: Defective items need not be returned in such cases.
8. Fee-Based Replacements
If an error stems from incorrect customization details provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled text or wrong size selected), a replacement can be sent with just a small fee compared to the original price
9. Strict No-Refund Provision
We do not offer refunds for customized orders, except in cases explicitly stated above (and even then, only replacements—no refunds). All customized products are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
10.Shipping Responsibility
You bear all shipping costs (fees determined by the carrier).
